For our client WDP Nederland and its contractor Bouwbedrijf Aan de Stegge Twello B.V., Peree Bouwadvies B.V. provided the complete structural design for the project Scania Hessenpoort Pommerenstraat in Zwolle.
The warehouse has a gross floor area of approximately 21,500 m² and has been designed as a future-proof logistics facility with a high level of functionality and sustainability.
The building features 16 loading docks, 4 ground-level overhead doors, a covered loading area (canopy), 50 truck parking spaces, and 200 parking spaces for passenger cars, of which 44 are equipped with electric vehicle charging points.
The distribution center is fully gas-free and meets the highest sustainability standards.
The project has been realized in accordance with BREEAM Excellent requirements and achieves a GPR score of 8.0, positioning the building as a sustainable and energy-efficient logistics development.
With this project, Peree Bouwadvies B.V. demonstrates its expertise in the structural engineering of large-scale, sustainable logistics facilities, where functionality, efficiency, and future readiness are key.
