On behalf of the Remote Group Rwanda, Peree Bouwadvies is involved in the complete constructive design for a large-scale housing project in Rwanda. This includes various apartment blocks such as detached and connected houses. Both the apartments as well as the houses are carried out through a cellular concrete Casco, the location also implies a seismic area.

Parking garage UK-Wembley

On behalf of Huber Carparksystems Rheinbrohl (Germany) we are currently working on the constructive design for the parking garage for the Wembley football stadium.
Apart from a multi-storage car park, this concerns a parking garage for coaches and BBC-Broadcast vehicles. Currently the construction request has been submitted and is further looked forward to the implementation design.

Knowledge of Allplan or Tekla.
Sufficient command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken, is essential.
Given our international activities, a good commend of the English and German language is a plus.

Nieuwbouw appartementen Warande Lelystad

Voor Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed Apeldoorn zijn wij als hoofdconstructeur betrokken bij de nieuwbouw van appartementen met commerciële plint in uitbreidingswijk Warande in Lelystad.
Het project typeert zich met name door een korte voorbereidingsperiode. De heiwerkzaamheden zijn gepland in week 17 van dit jaar, terwijl de eerste ontwerpbesprekingen in eind oktober/begin november 2016 plaatsvonden.
Zo’n korte voorbereidingsperiode is alleen mogelijk als het bouwteam nauw en prettig samenwerkt en waar afspraken worden nagekomen.
